Hormone imbalance can be very frustrating to deal with, and it often triggers emotional and physical pain. Despite this, some researchers have found some key substances in nature that can help offer some relief for many of the frustrating symptoms of menopause and PMS.

Menopausal and Pre-Menstrual symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, an irregular heartbeat, mood swings, and joint pain.

These symptoms can be debilitating in many cases. In most cases, menopause supplements do not effectively address the many symptoms associated with menopause and do not take into account the changes that occur in the body during different times of the day and night. Most products don't deal with the underlying issue and fail to deliver long-term benefits. A number of other methods, including synthetic hormone replacement therapy, have been linked to numerous health risks and side effects.

This is why having an all-natural and effective solution is essential. No woman should be enslaved by the exhausting symptoms that accompany hormonal imbalance. You deserve relief from these bothersome symptoms, which is why I aim to help you achieve that goal.

Women depend on a harmonized balance between the two female sex hormones, estrogen and progesterone, to aid regular ovulation and menstrual cycles. As you age‚ the level of these hormones‚ especially estrogen‚ tends to decrease in your body. Once estrogen levels become sufficiently low‚ menstruation is no longer possible, and then comes menopause.

Menopause can cause all kinds of frustrating symptoms‚ which include hot flashes‚ night sweats‚ insomnia‚ difficulty losing weight‚ and thinning hair (androgenic alopecia). Although these symptoms are an inevitable part of the changes you go through‚ they can be minimized with the right help. Progesterone cream, which contains natural plant-based compounds from soybeans and/or wild yams,  may be just the help you need.

My Molecular Progesterone Cream is a topical supplement you can use to lift your progesterone levels.  Additionally, this cream also contains many natural plants and herbs to provide you with additional health benefits. These other ingredients include.

Molecular Progesterone Cream Benefits

Progesterone is a type of hormone that your ovaries produce. Its chief role is to help regulate the menstrual cycle.

During hormonal changes such as pre menstruation and menopause (when periods stop completely) progesterone levels drop suddenly. This change in hormones triggers many physical and emotional symptoms.  It has been show that menopause specifically, can also lead to bone loss and can cause your skin to lose firmness, elasticity, and strength.

Progesterone cream may help better the lives of women suffering from hormone imbalance by:

  • Fighting fatigue
  • Improving mood and sleep
  • Reducing hot flashes and vaginal dryness
  • Preventing loss of bone density
  • Increasing libido
  • Relieving skin dryness and wrinkling
  • Reducing weight gain
  • The Ingredients Within

Aloe Vera-Some studies show significant positive results of its effect on women in the menopausal stage. One way of how Aloe Vera helps is through its cleansing property. As we age and consume different products, food, medications and environmental toxins, a build-up of harmful substances remain in the body. And because our body cannot metabolize and excrete everything we ingest, this build-up also affects our hormones, often creating an imbalance.

The cleansing property of Aloe Vera demolishes this build-up that would help the body absorb the nutrients and remedies better and more effectively. Another study on how Aloe Vera aids menopausal women is due to its phytoestrogen compound. This compound is a property found in plants that imitate the estrogen hormones in women, and we know that as women approach the menopausal stage, the levels of estrogen hormones drastically lessen, resulting in several symptoms women experience, such as hot flashes and night sweats.

Red Clover Flower- Along with beans and peas, red clover belongs to the legume family. There are many nutrients found in red clover flowers, including calcium, chromium, magnesium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium, thiamine, and vitamin C. The plant also contains isoflavones, which act like estrogen in the body.

May relieve hot flushes and night sweats-Due to its high isoflavone content, red clover may help ease some menopause symptoms, such as hot flushes and night sweats. As isoflavones bind to estrogen receptors in women's reproductive cells, they may mimic the effects of natural estrogen when absorbed into the body

May enhance bone density in women who are menopausal: Menopause reduces circulating estrogen, resulting in bone loss that, over time, can result in osteoporosis. The phytoestrogen isoflavones in red clover can weakly mimic the effects of estrogen in the body. Therefore, osteoporosis risk may be reduced by consuming isoflavones, according to some studies.

May contribute to heart health:  Red clover may improve the heart health of postmenopausal women, according to some research. According to some researchers, isoflavones in red clover are the active ingredient that could be responsible for this benefit.

May support skin and hair health: Hair and skin health have been promoted by red clover traditionally for centuries. Red clover's benefits for skin and hair appear promising in modern studies, but more research is needed.

May ease menstrual issues, irregularities and uncomfortable cycle issues:   During a woman's menstrual cycle, estrogen levels can drop and cause unpleasant symptoms.

Black Cohosh- Premenstrual syndrome and menopause have been treated with black cohosh for thousands of years in traditional Chinese and Korean medicine. Although black cohosh's exact mechanism of action is unknown, there are several hypotheses as to why it can heal the body.

It has been said to have healing properties that may help:

  • Regulate menstrual cycle
  • Improve mental health in women going through menopause
  • Menopausal women experience improved sleep
  • Relieve hot flashes in menopausal women

Green tea- has been proven to raise neurotransmitter levels. It contains the amino acid L-Theanine, which boosts levels of serotonin, dopamine, and GABA, while also lessening the stress hormone cortisol. Green tea also contains antioxidant properties that fight damage caused by free radicals.

Rosemary contains a powerful antioxidant called Carnosol. This antioxidant comes packed into rosemary and certain types of sage. It can be extracted from rosemary or sage leaves. Carnosol has powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. Around 90% of the antioxidant properties of carnosol come from carnosic acid. This antioxidant works by balancing the estrogen and androgen hormone levels in your body. It can also reduce the amount of DHT. In turn, this can enhance your hair growth and regulate your menstrual cycle.

Avocado oil also has numerous health benefits, largely related to its content of antioxidants and healthy fats. Avocado oil is rich in disease-fighting free radicals such as carotenoids, tocopherols, and plant sterols. Consuming avocado oil and other antioxidant-rich foods can help reduce your risk of chronic disease.

Avocado is high in fatty acids and antioxidants that promote wound healing and overall skin health. Some studies have shown that applying a cream containing avocado oil (20%) and vitamin B12 led to significant improvements in psoriasis symptoms. The most abundant fatty acid in avocado oil is oleic acid, a fatty acid that provides numerous health benefits.

Wild yam- has traditionally been used to rebalance see-sawing hormones that can trigger symptoms such as PMS and menstrual cramps. But it could also help with the menopause, from tackling hot flushes to beating low mood. Wild yam root contains a chemical called diosgenin, a phytoestrogen; a plant substance that has weak estrogen-type effects. The root and bulb from the wild yam (Dioscorea Villosa) plant have been used in traditional medicine for centuries.

It contains a chemical called diosgenin that’s said to be similar to the steroids that are naturally produced by our body. The diosgenin that can be found in wild yam is used to make a variety of steroids for medical use, including progesterone, cortisone and dehydroepiandrosterone.

Evening primrose is a plant native to North and South America.  The way evening primrose oil works is not completely understood yet. Scientists have suggested it has to do with chemical components in the oil extracted from the seeds. Many potential benefits are attributed to its gamma-linolenic acid component. The oil in its seeds contain this omega-6 fatty acids. GLA is an omega-6 essential fatty acid that has anti-inflammatory results in the body.

People use evening primrose oil for premenstrual syndrome, menopause symptoms, arthritis, acne, among many other issues.
