How to use: Shake well before use. Take ¼ teaspoon in the morning. For better absorption, rest it under the tongue 30 seconds before swallowing. Take with food. Refrigerate after opening.
Suggested Usage: Take 1 tablespoon daily. Enjoy a rich, creamy coffee by adding Coconut MCT Oil with any plant-based milk of your choice. Also a great addition to a protein shake. Start by taking ¼ tablespoon daily and gradually increase the amount until your body gets used to it.
